I am a guide who works with mission-driven leaders and teams to live more authentically and abundantly. I inspire you to align with their inner knowing, break through any old barriers or beliefs, and activate and succeed on your true path.
I created OnPurpose in 30 because I’ve seen too many mission-driven professionals following a conventional path to achieve success - and feel burned out and empty. There is a deeper calling that reminds them of the mystery of life, yet haven’t had the time or energy to invest in their own purpose.
They have achieved so much, and yet aren’t experiencing the satisfaction that they deserve. They want to make a difference, and yet the demands of their family and work don’t fill the deeper desire for fulfillment. They know there is more they are here to do.

My story
Alisa Sow is a “Life Path Maverick” who works with mission-driven leaders and professionals to step off the hamster wheel of hollow achievement and move into success that feeds them on every level.
She integrates over 30+ years on her personal growth journey - including being a CTI-trained Coach and Certified Intuitive Practitioner - to help leaders navigate their process to achieve their true purpose. She also has received two Bachelor's degrees, in Psychology & Interior Design (Summa cum laude, with a focus on sustainability), as well as numerous certifications including in Authentic Leadership. She inspires you to align with your inner knowing, break through outdated beliefs, and live your true life with heart.
She lives in Northern California where she enjoys hiking, biking, learning, and cooking delicious meals to share with friends.

The lessons and resources in this program can be completely integrated into your existing schedule. As an online-program, you receive modules weekly, and then choose when and how you listen and complete assignments. It's all on your time-frame.

The focus in the program is to align you with your inner compass. Most people can do align with their inner "why", and then allow outer changes as needed over time.
In fact, when we align to our inner purpose, often just the right opportunities and experiences open for us easily. So this inner work provides the doorway to invite the outer changes to easily fall into place.

Spending at least some time listening to your inner compass and committing to exploring your "why" will provide you with many benefits. In fact. you can gain greater perspective on which responsibilities are important and which are simply distracting you from your true path.
